Since 2012, All City Paving has been satisfying the paving needs of Salem, Oregon and the Willamette Valley. Located in Salem, All City Paving is a part of the community and a supporter of local students and organizations. We are professionals. Julie Lange - Owner
Julie has been the owner of All City Paving for the last ten years and has seen All City Paving through from the beginning. When it comes to organization in the office or setting the guy’s schedules in the field, she is the lady you want to talk to.
Troy Lange - General Manager
Troy started paving back in 1981 and hasn’t looked back since. Starting out in asphalt Troy wanted to present a few more options to customers who wanted something different then plain black asphalt. From this idea in 2002 he added his expertise in concrete, seal coating, resurfacing and excavation services.
